·         8+ years of IT experience as a Salesforce Developer & Administrator, which includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud and Quote to Cash Modules.

·         Involved in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), quality management systems and project life cycle processes.

·         Responsible for supporting day to day Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations and cross-channel digital marketing campaigns including emails and SMS.

·         Experience using Lightning Components, Aura Components and Salesforce Lightning systems.

·         Experience in administration, configuration, Implementation, and Support of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce SFA applications based on Apex Language and leveraging Force.com Platform, SAAS (Software as a Service) application running in Cloud Computing Environment. 

·         Implementation and Integration experience using Custom Objects, Custom Tabs, Workflow Rules, and Role based Page Layouts and Record Types, Approvals, Assignment Rules. This also includes Custom Reports, Report Folders, and Report extractions to various formats as per the Client & Application Requirements. 

·         Extensive experience in creating lookup relationships and master-detail relationships on the objects and creation of junction objects to establish connectivity among other objects. 

·         Implemented security and sharing rules at object, field, and record level for different users at different levels of organization. created various profiles and configured the permissions based on the organizational hierarchy.

·         Designed various custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, validation rules, field dependencies based on the business requirements.

·         Hands on experience in designing and developing cloud-based solutions based on Microsoft power platforms using Power apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps Portal.
