GigSumo has a free tier with all required features for you to start experienceing the powerful capabilities of the plaform, no credit card is required.
You can invite as many members to join the platform for one- one or group colloboration, but team colloboration with unlimited team members is available under the Professional Plan.
You will receive 50 credits per referree once they signup from your invite.
Maximum referrals allowed in a month per user is 10 which will make you eligible to receive upto 500 Credits per month.
We accept all major credit cards for payments.
All payments are processed online securely via Stripe which has partnerships with all major credit cards and selected debit cards.
All financial data is stored within the Stripe platform and not on GigSumo platform.
Stripe is PCI-certified as Level 1 Service Provider the highest level of financeial compaliance, so rest assured all your financial data is safe and secure.
Free plan need not be cancelled as they do not accrue any fee.
Professional, Business & Enterprise plans may be cancelled any time from "Billing" tab in your account settings and select the “Cancel Subscription” option.
For cancellations in between a month, fee will be prorated by number of days in the month.
All paid functionalities will continue working until available credits are consumed.
There will be no refund of monies against Sumo Credits.
GigSumo credits cannot be encashed.
All users from Starter/Growth/ScaleX plans who cancel membership will be moved to Free tier with lifetime access where you can still experience the product as well as nurture your networks for life.
Members can deactivate the profile from GigSumo platform from setting menu.
Note: All member data and its associations will be immeditely marked for deletion and permanently deleted as per platfor policies.
Deactivated profiles cannot be reactivated.
