Our Story

GigSumo is the first recruitment enablement platform made for recruiters, by recruiters.

This coffee was brewing somewhere in the subconscious minds of our founders; over the many years they were working as technical recruiters. Frustrated by poor experiences working on various traditional job boards, applicant tracking, vendor management and other applications recruiters use, they decided that the outdated industry needed modernization and up leveling of the tools for recruiters to be successful.

From experience they believed that along with a required technology upgrade, recruiting was all about relationships, transparency, and trust. In 2021, they set out to build an all-in-one digital native recruitment enablement platform, around the core tenets of community and network to connect talent to opportunities through the power of network.

GigSumo was purpose built envisioning client and candidate at the heart of the experience. A place where recruiters and job seekers can connect, communicate, and collaborate in a much meaningful and transparent way via activity workflows, real time chat, tracking along with loads of easy-to-use features.

While we relentlessly continue to champion our mission together, we are just getting started here.
