· 13+ years of overall experience & with over 7+ years of experience in Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
· Extensive expertise in Workday HCM implementation, configuration, support, and optimization, ensuring seamless HR operations across global enterprises.
· Strong knowledge of business processes, security configurations, staffing models, notifications, and business rule management within Workday.
· Hands-on experience in Payroll processing, data validation, reconciliations, and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution.
· Proven ability in Recruiting module optimization, including job requisition setup, candidate management, and interview workflows, improving hiring efficiency.
· Skilled in data conversion and migration, leveraging Hoover tool, SQL scripting, and iLoad for pre-validation, transformation, and loading of HR and Payroll data.
· Expertise in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) inbound and outbound integrations for seamless data transfers across systems.
· Adept in requirement gathering, change management, and incident management, ensuring process efficiency and SLA adherence.
· Strong project management and service delivery experience, driving successful Workday implementations and enhancements.
· Proficient in Workday reporting and analytics, including custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and Workday Prism for data insights and decision-making.
· Experience in conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing), End-to-End testing, Parallel Payroll Testing, and Regression testing for Workday solutions.
· Strong collaboration with business stakeholders, HR teams, payroll teams, and IT teams to define requirements, enhance system functionalities, and resolve critical issues.
· Excellent training and knowledge transfer (KT) skills, conducting workshops for HR and Payroll users to ensure successful Workday adoption.
· Certified in Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe® Agile, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Smartsheet, showcasing expertise in Agile methodologies and process improvement.
· Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, driving HR digital transformation and maximizing system efficiency.
