The ideal candidate brings 5 – 6 years of hands-on experience and is proficient in industry-leading tools and technologies such as Workato, Azure Service Bus, Zapier, Mulesoft and 5 more. Strong domain knowledge in key practices including data integration, integration methodologies is essential for this role. This role requires strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify defects early in the development cycle, and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expertise for Workato integration platform.
• Utilize and troubleshoot various integration tools such as Workato, Azure Service Bus, Zapier, Mulesoft, Snaplogic, and Jitterbit.
• Work extensively with Salesforce and other integrated applications.
• Develop, maintain, and support integrations using Workato.
• Manage and troubleshoot REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP methods, and webhooks.
• Implement and support various application authentication methods.
• Perform data integration and management tasks using MS SQL Server and MySQL.
• Ensure effective communication and resolution of integration-related issues.
• Maintain documentation and best practices for integration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business integration needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-6 years technical experience with at least 3 years hands-on Workato experience.
• MUST HAVE active and relevant Workato certifications.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, data formats, and integration methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations is highly preferred.
